PRE-SCHEDULED LUGGAGE DELIVERY SERVICE

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Service Description

The “Pre-scheduled Luggage Delivery” service (“Service”) is a luggage transportation and delivery service that allows Customers to proactively schedule luggage pick-up and delivery at a future date and time. The Service is deployed and provided by SPX from time to time to support customers’ personal luggage delivery needs during peak seasons or public holidays.The Service includes:
  • Advance scheduling of luggage pick-up date;
  • Delivery of luggage to the desired address;
  • Configuration of round-trip delivery, allowing Customers to send luggage from the point of origin to the destination and pre-book the return delivery (from the destination back to the point of origin).
The Service is operated in accordance with SPX’s operational standards to ensure the safety of luggage throughout the processes of storage, transportation, and delivery.The Service applies only to orders created through SPX’s fast order creation channels, including but not limited to: SPX Zalo Mini App, Shopee application, ShopeePay, and ZaloPay. From time to time, SPX reserves the right to adjust and/or supplement such fast order creation channels at its sole discretion.

2. Conditions for Use of the Service

The Service applies to:
  • Customers who have a need to transport luggage during the period in which the Service is provided by SPX; and
  • Customers who fully meet the requirements and conditions regarding classification, packaging, weight, dimensions, and applicable service areas of the Service.

3. Scope of Application

  • The Service is available in certain provinces/cities depending on each deployment period;
  • The applicable service areas will be displayed in detail on the system at the order creation step;
  • SPX reserves the right to adjust the Service coverage without prior notice to Customers. For clarity, Service coverage already accepted by SPX prior to such adjustment shall not be affected.

4. Service Deployment Period

The Service is deployed from time to time in accordance with SPX’s decision. Customers may refer to the detailed service availability period at: https://guihang.spx.vn/campaign/lp-shopee
For clarity, in the event that Customers are unable to verify the Service availability period on the above website, Customers may directly contact SPX Customer Service Hotline at 1900 6885 for assistance.

5. Pricing and Payment

The Service pricing is applied in accordance with the pricing table specified below:

  • The pricing table will be updated from time to time and publicly disclosed to Customers. Customers may review the applicable pricing prior to confirming order creation.
  • In the event that Customers modify order information, the pricing will be recalculated and updated by the system at the time Customers confirm such changes.
Chargeable weight determination: The chargeable weight shall be determined based on the greater of:
  • Actual weight (kg); or
  • Volumetric weight calculated using the formula: Volumetric weight (kg) = (Length × Width × Height) / 6000 (unit: cm).

6. Notes

6.1. General Notes

  • Any change or cancellation of pick-up schedule shall be subject to SPX’s prevailing policy at the time Customers perform such change or cancellation;
  • Customers are responsible for having their luggage ready for handover to SPX at the scheduled pick-up time. In the event that Customers fail to hand over the luggage within the scheduled time, SPX may, at its discretion, cancel the order or reschedule the pick-up after notifying Customers;
  • SPX shall not be liable for any consequences arising from Customers providing outdated or inaccurate information that results in delays or inability to provide the Service as committed;
  • Customers bear full responsibility before SPX and the law for the luggage sent using the Service. Customers acknowledge and agree that the luggage must not contain any items prohibited from transportation under applicable laws and SPX’s policies as published here. Customers must declare contents in accordance with SPX’s instructions and proactively notify SPX of any concerns regarding the legality of the luggage.

6.2. Exclusions

The Service applies only to shipments classified as luggage that fully meet the conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions.The Service does not apply to luggage falling under any of the following cases:
  • Failure to meet the Service conditions, including but not limited to:
  • Failure to select or properly register the Pre-scheduled Luggage Delivery Service on the system at the time of order creation;
  • Failure to comply with size, weight, or luggage type requirements as stipulated in these Terms and Conditions (including Section 8.2 below) and SPX’s publicly announced policies in effect during the Service period;
  • Luggage containing any items listed in SPX’s excluded items list.

8. Packaging and Storage Regulations

8.1. Except for specific provisions applicable to this Service under Section 8.2 below, general packaging and storage principles shall apply as referenced here.
8.2. Service-specific Packaging Regulations
Each order created under the Service corresponds to one (1) piece of luggage. Customers wishing to send two (2) or more pieces must create separate orders for each item.For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, luggage includes suitcases and boxes (foam boxes, cartons, etc.) with the following specifications:
Suitcases:
  • Maximum size: up to 20 inches (36 × 56 × 23 cm; ≤115 cm total dimensions);
  • Maximum weight: not exceeding 17 kg per suitcase;
  • The suitcase must be securely closed, with intact zippers and/or combination locks, not easily opened or loosened, and properly packed and reinforced (e.g. wrapped with plastic film and/or protective foam). This requirement is intended to minimize the risk of scratches, opening, or damage to the suitcase during transportation.
Boxes (foam, carton, etc.):
  • Maximum dimension: each side (length, width, height) not exceeding 60 cm;
  • Maximum weight: not exceeding 17 kg per box;
  • Boxes must be securely packaged and sealed to withstand transportation.
Note: The Service does not apply to luggage exceeding the above specifications or special cargo (oversized or overweight) as defined by SPX.

9. Compensation and Complaint Resolution

9.1. Complaint Time Limits

9.2. Compensation Principles

SPX shall compensate for damages arising from SPX’s fault during Service provision, including loss, shortage, damage, or delayed delivery, based on actual damages and in accordance with applicable laws.SPX shall not be liable for damages arising from:
  • Improper packaging;
  • Damage caused by the inherent nature of the luggage or goods;
  • Luggage containing fragile items or items valued over VND 3,000,000.
Compensation shall be determined based on:
  • Customer declarations at the time of Service use;
  • Packaging condition;
  • Valid documents provided by Customers.
Customers bear the burden of proving the value and actual damages through valid supporting documents.

9.3. Maximum Compensation

  • In case of total loss or damage: compensation shall not exceed SPX’s liability limit under its prevailing compensation policy;
  • If Customers fail to provide sufficient proof, compensation shall be calculated at VND 200,000/kg, subject to a maximum of VND 3,000,000 per order;
  • Partial damage shall be compensated based on actual damage, not exceeding VND 3,000,000;
  • SPX shall not compensate for normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage;
  • SPX shall not compensate for personal belongings, documents, cash, jewelry, electronic devices, indirect losses, or internal damage when external packaging remains intact.

9.4. Complaint Resolution

Complaints shall be handled in accordance with SPX’s Terms of Use, Service Quality Regulations, and Compensation Policy. Customers may submit complaints via SPX’s website, hotline, or official channels.

10. General Provisions

i. By registering for and using the Service, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to be governed by and to comply with these Terms and Conditions and any rules and regulations applicable to the Service, together with the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and all other applicable terms, conditions and/or policies of SPX in effect and published on SPX’s website at https://spx.vn/vi (collectively, the “SPX Policies”), all of which are incorporated herein by reference as an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly provided herein, any matters not stipulated in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Terms of Use and the SPX Policies.
ii. The Customer agrees that SPX may collect, store, process, use and transfer the Customer’s personal data provided in connection with the use of the Service (including but not limited to name, phone number, address, luggage description and/or other information) for the purposes of providing the Service and for other purposes related to or arising from the Service, without any additional cost payable by SPX to the Customer. The processing of personal data under this Section shall be conducted in accordance with applicable laws and the Privacy Policy.
iii. SPX reserves the sole and absolute right to determine the Customer’s eligibility to use the Service. For example, an individual may be refused, suspended or terminated from using the Service if SPX detects any fraudulent or unlawful activity.
iv. By using the Service, the Customer agrees to:
  • comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with the use of the Service;
  • comply with the SPX Policies; and
  • refrain from using the Service in any manner that may adversely affect other individuals or the goodwill or reputation of SPX.
v. The Service and all SPX features and applications are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and are subject to the availability and functionality of SPX’s systems and services. SPX makes no representations, warranties and/or undertakings of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the performance, continuity or operability of the Service or any SPX features or applications.
vi. The Customer shall bear full responsibility for the luggage, declared contents and commitments made in the course of using the Service, including without limitation the Customer’s responsibility for and representations regarding the legality of the luggage throughout the period during which SPX provides the Service.
vii. SPX reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice, and/or to withdraw, suspend or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice or legal liability to any party. The Customer agrees that it is the Customer’s responsibility to proactively access, review and stay informed of any amendments, modifications or supplements to these Terms and Conditions. The Customer’s continued use of the Service following any such amendments, modifications or supplements shall constitute the Customer’s acknowledgment and acceptance thereof, and such changes shall be validly binding upon the Customer.
viii. SPX shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions to the extent such failure or delay results from events beyond SPX’s reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, pandemics or epidemics, governmental actions or restrictions, internet or telecommunications failures, cyber-attacks, server outages, third-party platform disruptions, labor disputes, war or acts of terrorism.
ix. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any marketing materials or other programs, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by SPX.
x. All rights relating to the interpretation and construction of these Terms and Conditions shall vest solely in SPX. SPX acknowledges that SPX, and not any third party, shall be responsible for addressing any claims or disputes that the Customer or any third party may have in connection with the Service.
xi. Any reference to a time of day shall be construed as a reference to Vietnam time, unless otherwise expressly stated.
