Narcotic substances (including precursors and chemicals involved in the production of narcotic substances, including substances used in medicine and scientific research) and stimulants. Weapons, ammunition, military uniforms, military equipment, military technical equipment, specialized technical means of the armed forces.
Oxidizing, corrosive, powdery, radioactive, and flammable substances during transportation at temperatures up to 45 degrees C.
Sharp objects, weapons that cause injury: knives, scissors (except products serving daily living needs), batons, machetes, spears, pepper spray, homemade knives, explosives, etc.; sports weapons; support tools and other tools with similar features and effects.
Fishing equipment and tools that are not allowed to be used in the exploitation of aquatic and marine products (including electric shock tools, electric pulses, etc.).
Wild animals and plants are in the group of endangered and rare animals and plants that are prohibited from exploitation and commercial trading.
Body parts or products of wild animals: ivory, rhino horn, skin, pangolin scales, etc. Smuggled goods, taxevading goods, goods without invoices or documents, invoices that do not match the content of the goods.
All kinds of publications and documents with content that incites, causes insecurity, destroys national unity, and aims to destroy public order against the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. All kinds of documents/cultural products with content that is obscene, superstitious, contrary to social ethics, contrary to Vietnamese customs and traditions, or harmful to education, aesthetics, or personality.
Explosive or flammable objects or substances (lighters/firemaking devices, all old telephones), toxic substances, radioactive substances, diseasecausing microorganisms (including substances used in medicine and scientific research), and substances that are dangerous or unsanitary, causing environmental pollution.
Fireworks of all kinds, including but not limited to: fireworks, firecrackers, sparklers, flares, etc. Tobacco raw materials, tobacco products (herb, cigarettes, cigars, tobacco shreds, pipe tobacco, electronic cigarettes, etc.) and other smuggled finished tobacco products.
Toxic chemicals: Pepper spray, bleach containing high acid content, etc.; veterinary drugs, pesticides banned or not yet permitted for use in Vietnam
Living things; food requiring preservation.
Vietnamese currency, foreign currency and valuable papers such as money; VAT invoices; documents that cannot be reissued; original personal identification papers, diplomas, certificates, etc.
Precious metals (gold, silver, gemstones, etc.) in raw material form (blocks, bars, pieces, beads, etc.). Documents and artifacts belonging to historical, cultural, and museum relics (steles, genealogies, ancient coins, etc.); documents containing state secrets.
Types of items and goods that are prohibited from circulation, prohibited from export, import, prohibited from import into the receiving country, prohibited from transport by post according to the provisions of Vietnamese law and international treaties to which Vietnam is a member at each time.
Gas (gas cylinders, room sprays, insect sprays, hair sprays, oxygen cylinders…).
Flammable liquids (paint, gasoline, oil, alcohol, wine, glue, perfume…).
Flammable solids (Metal powder, chemical powder…).
Oxidizing, corrosive, powdery, radioactive, and flammable substances during transportation at temperatures up to 45 degrees C.
Products with magnetic fields (Magnets, etc.).
Jewelry, gold, high value goods.
Electronic devices with electric charge: Batteries, backup batteries, mobile phones, batterypowered shavers, etc. Other goods according to the list of goods not accepted for transport by SPX Express, aviation regulations
The Customer is responsible for clearly and accurately noting the information about the goods on the Postal Item. For goods not transported by air, the Customer is responsible for clearly noting: "Not transported by air" on the package. The Customer is fully responsible in case of not clearly/accurately noting, leading to the goods being seized, destroyed, delayed or unable to be transported.
SPX Express has the right to refuse to accept for transportation any Postal Items that do not meet the regulations stated in this policy.
In case SPX detects goods on the list of prohibited goods for transportation, goods that SPX does not accept to transport according to this policy, SPX has the full right to handle those goods according to internal policies and in accordance with the provisions of Vietnamese law. At the same time, SPX has the right to coordinate with competent State agencies to handle them according to the provisions of law. The Customer is responsible for working and explaining to the competent State agencies related to the above issue. In addition, the Customer must be responsible for compensating for all damages arising, including but not limited to the costs: loss of people and property caused by the goods, transportation costs, storage costs, and administrative penalty costs related to this violation.
Goods with product names in English or unclear product names will also be listed by SPX as prohibited goods for air transport.
SPX has the right to open the Postal Item (excluding letters) for inspection during transportation in case of suspicion that the Postal Item contains prohibited goods, goods that SPX does not accept for transportation according to this policy, or in case of request from competent authorities or other cases that SPX suspects may affect the rights and legitimate interests of related parties.
