You can track return order information on the “Order Details” >> “Return Order Details” page, including: information about successfully delivered products, products currently being returned, and the order status.
In addition, to identify that a Partial Delivery order has been returned, you can check the “Track Orders” page — returned orders will be labeled “Returned” next to the tracking number.

To ensure a smooth delivery process, the delivery staff will update the return order directly in the system and will not call the shop to notify them.

9. If the shop changes its mind and does not want to continue using the Partial Delivery service for the recipient after the parcel has already been handed over to SPX, what should be done?
Once the parcel has been handed over to SPX, the shop will no longer be able to change the partial delivery status.
Please read the Terms and Conditions of the Partial Delivery service carefully before selecting it.
