1. From what value is an order considered high-value?
High-value orders are all orders (excluding letters) with a value of VND 3,000,000 or more.
2. What is the maximum declared value for a high-value order?
The maximum parcel value applied to each order is VND 20,000,000.
3. Can I inspect a high-value order before payment?
For high-value orders, if the order includes the Inspection Service, the order can be inspected before payment.
Note on inspection rules: Customers may check the external condition and quantity of the products. Please do not try the product, and keep the product’s seal and anti-counterfeit seal intact.
4. Is there an extra fee for high-value parcels?
The handling fee for high-value parcels (VAT included) is VND 25,000 per parcel, excluding shipping fees.
5. How is the parcel value determined for calculating the high-value parcel handling fee?
The high-value parcel handling fee is based on the value of the COD amount or the declared parcel value recorded at the time the successful pickup status is updated in the SPX Express system, whichever is higher. Any updates made after the successful pickup status is recorded in the SPX Express system (for example: editing COD amount, removing COD, etc.) will not be used as the basis for determining the parcel value.
If the customer does not declare a parcel value, then the COD amount recorded at the time the successful pickup status is updated in the SPX Express system (if any) will be used as the basis for calculating the high-value parcel handling fee.
