The Pickup Service is a door-to-door shipping solution that lets you send parcels without traveling. SPX staff will collect your parcel from your home and deliver it quickly to the recipient. This convenient service helps you save time and effort while making shipping easier than ever.

1. Can I choose a pickup time slot?

Senders can choose the pickup date and time on the SPX website or app when creating an order.

2. Does SPX pick up on weekends/public holidays?

SPX supports pickups on Saturdays and Sundays, depending on the area.
For public holidays/Tết, pickup operations will follow the operational plan for each period.

3. Is there a limit on the number of pickups per day?

SPX does not apply a fixed limit on the number of pickups per day. However:
  • Multiple pickups in a day will depend on the shop’s actual order volume and the local dispatch plan.
  • In some cases, SPX may consolidate orders to optimize the pickup route.
  • For shops with large order volumes, SPX may support fixed pickup schedules or multiple pickups per day by agreement.
  • For the best support, shops should create orders early and contact Customer Service if they need multiple pickups per day.

4. Is there a minimum number of parcels required for pickup?

SPX does not require a minimum number of orders for pickup support. You can request a pickup even if you only have 1 order.
Pickup time will depend on:
  • The time you create the order during the day
  • The pickup areaSPX’s actual dispatch plan

5. Is there a fee for canceling a pickup appointment?

SPX currently does not charge a cancellation fee for pickup appointments.
Note:
  • You should cancel the appointment before the driver arrives at the pickup location.
  • Repeated cancellations or cancellations close to the scheduled time may affect dispatch priority for future pickups.
  • If the driver has already arrived but the parcel cannot be handed over, SPX may record it according to operational regulations.
  • To avoid delays, you should create/cancel the request early when there are changes.

6. Do I need to print the shipping label in advance?

SPX encourages senders to print and attach the shipping label to each parcel before the driver arrives for pickup.
Note:
  • Preparing the label in advance helps reduce errors and shortens handover time.
  • If the shipping label has not been printed, support will depend on the rules and operating conditions in each area.
  • Senders must ensure the order information in the system is correct before handover.
