TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE 15%–25% DISCOUNT PROGRAM FOR NATIONWIDE CUSTOMERS

The Campaign will run from 01/04/2026 until 30/04/2026 or until the quantity/value of gifts runs out or otherwise decided by SPX, whichever is earlier. For the avoidance of doubt, SPX may, at any time and in its sole and absolute discretion, amend the Campaign period.

Customers nationwide who use SPX Express shipping services and meet the applicable eligibility conditions.

Discount codes from 15% to 25% apply to orders starting from 18,000 VND.
7. Details of campaign
During the promotion period, customers who are applying the “2024 Standard Postal Service Pricing Table” (attached) will receive a 15%–25% discount code for orders from 18,000 VND for each standard order that is successfully updated to Order Placed status.

TERMS & CONDITIONS – ORDER GROWTH PROGRAM (APRIL 2026)
(Under the promotion “Incentives for Customers Achieving Order Growth in April 2026”, from April 1, 2026 to April 30, 2026)

The Campaign will run from 01/04/2026 until 30/04/2026 or until the quantity/value of gifts runs out or otherwise decided by SPX, whichever is earlier. For the avoidance of doubt, SPX may, at any time and in its sole and absolute discretion, amend the Campaign period.
4. Subject of campaign
Customers who, at the time of participation and reward distribution:
- Maintain a valid SPX account; and
- Generate a qualifying order volume of at least 600 orders during the period from March 1, 2026 to March 31, 2026.
For the purpose of this Program, a valid SPX account refers to an account that is active, shows no signs of fraud, and does not violate any SPX Policies at the time of registration or at any time during participation in the Program.

Eligible Participants may receive cash rewards of up to VND 50,000,000 in accordance with the conditions set out in Section 7 below.
7. Details of campaign
During the Program period (April 1, 2026 – April 30, 2026):
Customers who achieve order growth compared to the period from March 1, 2026 to March 31, 2026 will receive a cash reward per incremental qualifying order (*), capped at VND 50,000,000 per Customer. Detailed mechanics applicable to each Customer segment are as follows:

Notes:
(* ) A qualifying order is an order that meets all of the following conditions:
(i) Has the status “Pickup successful and arrived at post office” between April 1, 2026 and April 30, 2026; and
(ii) Has the status “Delivered successfully” or “Return completed successfully” between April 1, 2026 and May 5, 2026. (** ) The order volume for the period March 1–31, 2026 includes orders that:
(i) Have the status “Pickup successful and arrived at post office” between March 1, 2026 and March 31, 2026; and
(ii) Have the status “Delivered successfully” or “Return completed successfully” between March 1, 2026 and April 5, 2026.
Calculation Principles
- Incremental qualifying orders will be calculated as follows: (Total qualifying orders) – (Qualifying order volume for March 1–31, 2026)
- April 2026 growth rate (including both Base and High tiers in the table above) will be calculated as follows: (Incremental qualifying orders) / (Order volume for March 1–31, 2026)
- The reward values stated above are inclusive of all taxes payable by the Customer. Customers are responsible for declaring and fulfilling any tax obligations arising from the rewards received.
By participating in the Program, the Participant confirms and undertakes that:
(a) All information provided to SPX is true, accurate, complete, and up to date, and the Participant shall bear full responsibility for such information; and
(b) The Participant has read, fully understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A. General
- The following terms and conditions govern your participation in the Campaign.
- By participating in this Campaign, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any rules and regulations relating to the Campaign (“Campaign Terms”), in addition to SPX Terms of Use, SPX Privacy Policy and all applicable terms and conditions available on SPX website and/or app (collectively referred to as “SPX Policies”) that are currently in effect, all of which are incorporated by reference.
- You agree that SPX may collect, store, process, use and/or transfer your personal data submitted in the course of participating in or in connection with the Campaign (including but not limited to your name, photo, voice, likeness and/or biographical information) for the purposes of conducting and administering the Campaign, for other purposes related to or arising from the Campaign, a advertising, marketing and other purposes for which SPX does not have to pay any additional cost to you, in accordance with the SPX Privacy Policy.
B. Eligibility
- SPX shall have sole and absolute discretion in determining whether an individual is qualified to participate in and/or is disqualified from the Campaign. For example, an individual may be disqualified from the Campaign if any fraudulent activities are detected, such as the use of multiple SPX accounts, or any activities that violate SPX’s Policies.
C. Miscellaneous
- SPX Points and/or Vouchers which may be awarded to you under the Campaign are not transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or any items. SPX hereby strictly prohibits any actions in relation the trade of, transfer or make profit from SPX Points and/or Voucher.
- NO provisions hereunder or following any SPX Policies shall be understood or interpreted (directly or indirectly, clearly or impliedly) that SPX Points and/or Vouchers is an alternative payment method on Website and/or App of SPX.
- By participating in the Campaign, you agree at all times to: (a) comply with all applicable laws and regulations when participating in the Campaign; (b) comply with the SPX Policies; and (c) not participate in the Campaign in any manner which may adversely affect other individuals or the goodwill or reputation of SPX.
- The Campaign and the Website and/or App of SPX are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and subject to the availability and functionality of SPX’s services. SPX does not make any representation, warranty and/or undertaking on the performance and capability of the Website and/or App of SPX; any software or hardware used to access and participate in the Campaign.
- If for any reason any aspect of the Campaign is not capable of running as planned, due to reasons such as communications network failure, bugs, tampering, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of SPX, SPX may cancel, terminate, modify and/or suspend the Campaign and nullify any results.
- SPX reserves the right to make final decisions and resolve disputes regarding the Campaign.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, SPX will not be liable for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind whatsoever arising out of or in connection with this Campaign or the receipt of any SPX Points and/or Vouchers.
- SPX reserves the right to vary these Campaign Terms without notice, or withdraw or discontinue the Campaign at any time without any notice or liability to any party. You agree that it is your sole responsibility to proactively access, review and remain informed of all modifications, amendments and additions related to these Campaign Terms. Your continued participation in the Campaign after any amendments, modifications and/or additions shall be deemed as your confirmation and acceptance of such amendments, modifications and/or additions and all such amendments, modifications and/or additions shall be valid and applicable to you.
- Unless otherwise provided in writing by SPX, you shall be responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, government fees and other charges arising due to your participation in the Campaign.
- You are responsible for declaring and paying any tax obligations arising in connection with the value of the gift you receive. In cases where tax laws require SPX to declare and/or withhold taxes on your behalf, SPX shall comply with such regulations and notify you prior to payment. In the absence of such notification, the responsibility for tax declaration and payment shall be deemed to rest with you.
- You are obligated to provide information required for SPX’s tax declaration purposes (if any), including your tax identification number and citizen identification number.
- Any and all rights of interpretation and explanation of these Campaign Terms are exclusively reserved by SPX.
