TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE 10%–20% DISCOUNT PROGRAM FOR NATIONWIDE CUSTOMERS

The Campaign will run from 01/05/2026 until 31/05/2026 or until the quantity/value of gifts runs out or otherwise decided by SPX, whichever is earlier. For the avoidance of doubt, SPX may, at any time and in its sole and absolute discretion, amend the Campaign period.
4. Subject of campaign
Customers nationwide who use SPX Express shipping services and meet the applicable eligibility conditions.
5. How to participate

- Step 2: Proceed to create order.
6. Prize structure (prize details, prize value, number of prizes)
Discount codes from 10% to 20% apply to orders starting from 18,000 VND.
7. Details of campaign
During the promotion period, customers who are applying the “2024 Standard Postal Service Pricing Table” (attached) will receive a 10%–20% discount code for orders from 18,000 VND for each standard order that is successfully updated to Order Placed status.
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE 11,000 VND FLAT RATE PROGRAM FOR NEW / ELIGIBLE CUSTOMERS

4. Subject of campaign
Customers nationwide who use SPX Express shipping services and meet the applicable eligibility conditions.
5. How to participate

6. Prize structure (prize details, prize value, number of prizes)
- 7,000 VND discount code applies to orders from 18,000 VND.
- 11,000 VND discount code applies to orders from 22,000 VND.
7. Details of campaign
During the promotion period, customers who are applying the “2024 Standard Postal Service Pricing Table” (attached) will receive:
- A 7,000 VND discount code for orders from 18,000 VND; and
- An 11,000 VND discount code for orders from 22,000 VND,
applicable to each standard order that is successfully updated to Order Placed status.
RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE ORDER GROWTH PROGRAM IN MAY 2026
(According to the promotional program “Special Offer for Customers with Increased Order Volume in May 2026”, from May 1st, 2026 to May 31st, 2026)

3. Campaign period
The Campaign will run from 01/05/2026 until 31/05/2026 or until the quantity/value of gifts runs out or otherwise decided by SPX, whichever is earlier. For the avoidance of doubt, SPX may, at any time and in its sole and absolute discretion, amend the Campaign period.
4. Subject of campaign
- Customers who, at the time the program takes place and rewards are given, still maintain a valid SPX account; and have generated 600 or more qualifying orders between April 1, 2026 and April 30, 2026.
For the purposes of the Program, a valid SPX account is understood to be an active SPX account of a Participant, showing no signs of fraud or violation of SPX Policies at the time of registration, and at any time during participation in the Program.
Note: This program does not apply to
- New customers using SPX or those who place their first order from April 2026 onwards.
- The Customer is an ISV Express Partner.
- Customers are currently eligible for similar production increase incentive programs offered by SPX.
- Customers use multiple linked accounts on SPX.

5. How to participate
- Step 1:Participants access their SPX account.
- Step 2:Create orders during the program period.
6. Prize structure (prize details, prize value, number of prizes)
- A cash prize of up to VND 50,000,000 will be awarded to each eligible participant as stipulated in Section 7 below.
7. Details of campaign
During the program period from May 1st, 2026 to May 31st, 2026: Customers who achieve increased sales volume compared to the period from April 1st, 2026 to April 30th, 2026 will receive a bonus on each qualifying order (*) with an additional growth, up to a maximum of VND 50,000,000 per customer.The details applicable to each customer category are as follows:

Note:
- The gift amount will not exceed 50% of the order value.
- (*) Eligible orders are those that fully meet the following requirements: (i) have the status “Successfully picked up and arrived at the post office” between May 1, 2026 and May 31, 2026 and (ii) have the status “Successfully delivered” or “Successfully returned” between May 1, 2026 and June 5, 2026.
- (**) The order volume for the period 01 - 30/04/2026 includes orders: (i) with the status “Successfully picked up and arrived at the post office” from 01/04/2026 to 30/04/2026 and (ii) with the status “Successfully delivered” or “Successfully returned” between 01/04/2026 and 05/05/2026.
Accordingly, orders that meet the growth criteria will be calculated according to the following principles:(Total qualifying orders) - (qualifying order volume during the period from April 1, 2026 to April 30, 2026)
- The May 2026 growth rates in the table above (including Base Rate and High Rate) will be calculated based on the following principle:
(Orders that meet the growth criteria) / (Order volume during the period from April 1, 2026 to April 30, 2026)
- The gift value mentioned above includes all taxes that are the Customer's responsibility. The Customer is responsible for declaring and paying any taxes arising from the value of the received gift.
By participating in the Program, the Participant acknowledges and undertakes that: (a) The information provided to SPX is true, accurate, truthful, up-to-date, and the Participant is solely responsible for this information; (b) The Participant has read, understood, and agrees to the Terms and Conditions of this Program.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A. General
- The following terms and conditions govern your participation in the Campaign.
- By participating in this Campaign, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any rules and regulations relating to the Campaign (“Campaign Terms”), in addition to SPX Terms of Use, SPX Privacy Policy and all applicable terms and conditions available on SPX website and/or app (collectively referred to as “SPX Policies”) that are currently in effect, all of which are incorporated by reference.
- You agree that SPX may collect, store, process, use and/or transfer your personal data submitted in the course of participating in or in connection with the Campaign (including but not limited to your name, photo, voice, likeness and/or biographical information) for the purposes of conducting and administering the Campaign, for other purposes related to or arising from the Campaign, a advertising, marketing and other purposes for which SPX does not have to pay any additional cost to you, in accordance with the SPX Privacy Policy.
B. Eligibility
- SPX shall have sole and absolute discretion in determining whether an individual is qualified to participate in and/or is disqualified from the Campaign. For example, an individual may be disqualified from the Campaign if any fraudulent activities are detected, such as the use of multiple SPX accounts, or any activities that violate SPX’s Policies.
C. Miscellaneous
- SPX Points and/or Vouchers which may be awarded to you under the Campaign are not transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or any items. SPX hereby strictly prohibits any actions in relation the trade of, transfer or make profit from SPX Points and/or Voucher.
- NO provisions hereunder or following any SPX Policies shall be understood or interpreted (directly or indirectly, clearly or impliedly) that SPX Points and/or Vouchers is an alternative payment method on Website and/or App of SPX.
- By participating in the Campaign, you agree at all times to: (a) comply with all applicable laws and regulations when participating in the Campaign; (b) comply with the SPX Policies; and (c) not participate in the Campaign in any manner which may adversely affect other individuals or the goodwill or reputation of SPX.
- The Campaign and the Website and/or App of SPX are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and subject to the availability and functionality of SPX’s services. SPX does not make any representation, warranty and/or undertaking on the performance and capability of the Website and/or App of SPX; any software or hardware used to access and participate in the Campaign.
- If for any reason any aspect of the Campaign is not capable of running as planned, due to reasons such as communications network failure, bugs, tampering, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of SPX, SPX may cancel, terminate, modify and/or suspend the Campaign and nullify any results.
- SPX reserves the right to make final decisions and resolve disputes regarding the Campaign.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, SPX will not be liable for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind whatsoever arising out of or in connection with this Campaign or the receipt of any SPX Points and/or Vouchers.
- SPX reserves the right to vary these Campaign Terms without notice, or withdraw or discontinue the Campaign at any time without any notice or liability to any party. You agree that it is your sole responsibility to proactively access, review and remain informed of all modifications, amendments and additions related to these Campaign Terms. Your continued participation in the Campaign after any amendments, modifications and/or additions shall be deemed as your confirmation and acceptance of such amendments, modifications and/or additions and all such amendments, modifications and/or additions shall be valid and applicable to you.
- Unless otherwise provided in writing by SPX, you shall be responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, government fees and other charges arising due to your participation in the Campaign.
- You are responsible for declaring and paying any tax obligations arising in connection with the value of the gift you receive. In cases where tax laws require SPX to declare and/or withhold taxes on your behalf, SPX shall comply with such regulations and notify you prior to payment. In the absence of such notification, the responsibility for tax declaration and payment shall be deemed to rest with you.
- You are obligated to provide information required for SPX’s tax declaration purposes (if any), including your tax identification number and citizen identification number.
- Any and all rights of interpretation and explanation of these Campaign Terms are exclusively reserved by SPX.
