TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The SPX Shop Xịn Program

is a customer loyalty program operated by SPX Express Company Limited (“Program”) and implemented nationwide from 28 January 2026 until further notice from SPX Express Company Limited (“SPX”). Participation in the Program is free of charge, provided that participants meet the conditions and requirements stipulated by SPX from time to time in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
By using, activating, or enjoying any benefits of the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions supplement the Terms of Use and other SPX Policies (including the applicable Privacy Policy, other applicable terms and conditions relating to services and products, and articles, guidelines, and FAQs available on the SPX website and application). Accordingly, these Terms and Conditions shall form an integral part of the Terms of Use and other SPX Policies. Please read the Terms of Use and other SPX Policies carefully, as they contain important information regarding your rights and obligations. Any terms used herein but not defined shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Terms of Use and/or other SPX Policies. All terms and conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions may be amended at SPX’s sole discretion from time to time.

PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM

1. Eligible Participants
The Program applies to Customers who use SPX’s delivery services, have an account on the spx.vn website or the SPX Express application, and meet the eligibility criteria specified in each respective program and/or related documents at any given time. Shopee shall have the sole discretion to determine whether a Customer is eligible to participate in the Program, without any obligation to provide explanation.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Program does not apply to Customers belonging to categories determined by SPX from time to time, including but not limited to Customers with accounts under the ISV Express partner model, accounts of order consolidation partners, and accounts entitled to special pricing schemes in accordance with SPX’s regulations. Customers may contact SPX directly for further details.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “ISV Express Partners” refers to entities operating independent and multi-channel sales platforms that have entered into postal service agreements with SPX, including but not limited to KiotViet Express, Nhanh Express, Sapo Express, Nobi Express, etc.
2. Customer Membership Tiers Under The Program
Depending on the extent to which Customers satisfy the requirements stipulated in these Terms and Conditions at any given time, Customers participating in the Program may be classified into the following membership tiers:

Notes: (*) The order volume used for determining the applicable membership tier shall not be accumulated or carried over to subsequent quarters. For clarity, the order count shall be reset to zero (0) at the beginning of each new quarter. (**) A quarter shall be calculated based on the calendar year, starting from the first day and ending on the last day of the relevant quarter. 
3. Accumulation of SPX Points by Customers
Customers participating in the Program may accumulate SPX Points in accordance with their respective Membership Tier, as specified in the table below:

Notes: - Depending on the applicable method of SPX Points accumulation, Customers may receive different amounts of SPX Points in accordance with the mechanisms and principles determined by SPX from time to time. Customers are advised to refer to the relevant content provided by SPX for further details. - Customers may accumulate SPX Points by placing orders and/or through SPX’s programs or activities as determined by SPX from time to time (including activities applicable to each Membership Tier as specified in the table above). The corresponding terms and conditions for each method shall be clearly communicated by SPX. - SPX Points shall be credited to the Customer’s account once all eligibility conditions for earning such SPX Points have been fully satisfied. - SPX reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to exclude certain services, categories, or programs from SPX Points accumulation.

SPX POINTS SYSTEM

4. Regulations on SPX Points and the Use of SPX Points
a. SPX Points shall be valid for a period of sixty (60) days from the date on which such SPX Points are credited to the Customer’s account.
b. SPX Points shall only be valid and awarded to the Customer who directly participates in the Program and fully satisfies the eligibility conditions for receiving SPX Points in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
c. For ease of use, each one (1) SPX Point shall have a value equivalent to one (1) VND when used via the SPX Express website or application.
d. Subject to the applicable Membership Tier, Customers may use SPX Points to pay shipping fees on the SPX Express website or application, or redeem SPX Points for other benefits, including discount codes from partners of SPX Express Company Limited (if any, from time to time), in accordance with the principles set out in Section 3. For the purpose of supporting shipping fee payments, the maximum amount of SPX Points that may be redeemed shall not exceed fifty percent (50%) of the shipping fee of a single order.
e. SPX Points shall not be reissued for any reason; shall have no monetary value; shall not be exchangeable for cash; shall not be deemed the property of the Customer; and shall not be purchased, sold, transferred, or exchanged under any transaction or method capable of conversion into cash or profit generation. The use of SPX Points must strictly comply with SPX’s regulations and instructions in effect from time to time and must be carried out directly on the SPX Express website or application. Nothing herein, whether express or implied, shall be construed as SPX Points constituting or replacing any payment method for SPX’s products or services.
f. SPX Points shall be deducted from the SPX Points balance upon use. Customers are responsible for accessing their SPX account to check their SPX Points balance and the corresponding expiration date.
g. SPX Points may only be accumulated through activities officially announced on the spx.vn website, the SPX Express application, or other official communication channels of SPX.
h. Customers shall be responsible for providing complete and accurate information as required by SPX for the purposes of identifying eligible SPX Points recipients and declaring any applicable tax obligations (if any). In the event that a Customer fails to provide or provides inaccurate or incorrect information as required by SPX, SPX shall have the full right not to recognize any results and not to award SPX Points, without bearing any related liability.
i. SPX Express shall have the full right, at its sole discretion, to refuse to award, revoke, or recover SPX Points already awarded or any benefits obtained through the use of SPX Points if SPX has grounds to believe that the Customer does not satisfy the Program’s eligibility conditions and/or has engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct to gain benefits from the Program. Fraudulent conduct includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts to exploit the Program, using automated tools to create accounts, and/or any other acts in violation of SPX’s applicable terms and conditions at the time of the Program.
j. In the event that a Customer’s SPX account is terminated, deactivated, or temporarily suspended, the corresponding SPX Points shall not be usable until the SPX account is reactivated. For clarity, the suspension period shall not be excluded from the SPX Points validity period as stipulated in Section 4(a).

GENERAL PROVISIONS

5. During participation in the Program, Customers agree to:
a. comply with all applicable laws and regulations;
b. comply with SPX Policies; and
c. refrain from participating in the Program in any manner that may adversely affect other individuals or the goodwill or reputation of SPX.
6. The Program, the SPX website, and the SPX Express application are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, subject to the availability and functionality of SPX’s services. SPX makes no representations, warranties, or undertakings regarding the performance or availability of the Program or SPX’s infrastructure (including the website and application); any software or hardware used to access and participate in the Program; or the reliability or quality of the underlying telecommunications networks used by Customers to participate in the Program.
7. If, for any reason, any aspect of the Program is unable to operate as planned, including but not limited to communication network failures, errors, tampering, fraud, technical failures, or any causes beyond SPX’s reasonable control, SPX may cancel, terminate, modify, and/or suspend the Program and invalidate or refuse to recognize any results.
8. SPX shall have the final decision in resolving any disputes relating to the Program. In this regard, SPX may disqualify a Customer from participating in the Program and/or take any other actions in accordance with SPX Policies if SPX determines, at its sole and absolute discretion, that the Customer has engaged in suspicious, fraudulent, illegal conduct, abused the Program, or violated these Terms and Conditions and/or any SPX Policies.
9. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SPX shall not be liable for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Program, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages; fines; statutory actions; or claims related to personal injury, death, property damage, loss or destruction, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or misrepresentation.
10. SPX reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice, or to withdraw or discontinue the Program at any time without notice or liability to any party. A Customer’s continued participation in, use of, or enjoyment of the Program after any amendments shall constitute acceptance of such amendments, which shall be effective and binding upon the Customer.
11. SPX makes no representations and assumes no responsibility regarding any tax obligations arising from SPX Points and/or the Program. Customers are advised to consult their tax advisors regarding the tax implications of participation in the Program and receipt of SPX Points. If SPX is required by law to carry out any tax procedures or make tax payments on behalf of a Customer, the Customer agrees that SPX may deduct any applicable taxes prior to making any payment to the Customer. Customers agree to provide relevant documentation as requested by SPX for tax compliance purposes.
12. SPX shall not be responsible where a Customer fails to receive or use SPX Points due to reasons attributable to the Customer, including but not limited to account suspension, failure to update to the latest application version, or failure to meet the conditions for SPX Points usage.
13. SPX shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions or restrictions, internet or telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, server outages, third-party platform disruptions, labor disputes, or acts of war or terrorism.
14. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any promotional or marketing materials, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
15. All rights of interpretation and explanation of these Terms and Conditions are exclusively reserved by SPX. SPX shall be the sole party responsible for resolving any claims that Customers or third parties may have in connection with the Program.
16. By participating in, using, or enjoying benefits under the Program, Customers hereby agree and consent to SPX’s collection and use of personal data (including images and personal information provided during participation in the Program) for marketing, promotional, business, or gifting purposes without any additional cost.
17. For inquiries or complaints relating to the Program, Customers may contact SPX Customer Service via hotline 1900 6885.18. Any reference to time shall be construed as Vietnam Time, unless otherwise specified.
