The Free Shipping Voucher Promotion for Off-Platform Purchases (the “Campaign”) is organized by SPX Express Co., Ltd. (“SPX”, “SPX Express”, or the “Company”, as applicable), with its registered address at 25th Floor, Saigon Centre 2 Building, 67 Le Loi Street, Saigon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, with the following detailed terms and conditions:

The Campaign is conducted online and applies to customers making purchases outside of e-commerce platforms (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and other social media channels) and using SPX’s shipping services.
3. Campaign Duration
The Campaign will run from April 17, 2026 to June 30, 2026, or until the promotional quota/value is fully utilized, or as otherwise decided by SPX, whichever occurs first.For the avoidance of doubt, SPX reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend the Campaign duration at any time.
4. Eligible Participants
Participants who register for the Campaign via the Campaign landing page and meet all applicable eligibility conditions set out herein.
5. Participation Mechanism
Participants shall register to receive a Free Shipping voucher code via the Campaign link and follow the provided instructions (including phone number verification).Each participant, corresponding to one valid phone number used for registration, will receive one voucher code delivered via Zalo Notification Service (ZNS)
6. Reward Structure (Reward Details, Value, and Quantity)
Each voucher code received under Clause 5 can be redeemed for vouchers applicable per shipment order, with a maximum of 02 redemptions per day and no more than 05 redemptions per month in all cases.
Each voucher has a maximum value of VND 50,000 and is only applicable to orders created via SPX’s website/application with shipping fees starting from VND 10,000 and a maximum parcel weight of 17kg. Accordingly, orders with shipping fees ranging from VND 10,000 up to VND 50,000 and weighing no more than 17kg will be eligible for free shipping.
The voucher validity period will be specified in the voucher details sent via Zalo message and shall be valid for up to 30 days.
7. Other Terms and Conditions
Participants are not allowed to use vouchers for orders that they themselves create on the SPX website and/or application.
Vouchers received under this Campaign shall only be deemed valid when used by sellers to support shipping (via SPX’s website and/or application) for orders arising from genuine transactions between the participant and such sellers. Any misuse of voucher codes or vouchers contrary to this Clause 7 shall constitute a serious violation of the Campaign. SPX reserves full rights, at its sole discretion, to take necessary actions, including but not limited to immediate disqualification of the participant, invalidation of voucher codes and vouchers, and claiming compensation for damages (which may be calculated based on the number of misused vouchers and any additional losses incurred by SPX, among other remedies).
By participating in this Campaign, participants acknowledge and agree that SPX has the right, at its sole discretion, to offset any such compensation against any amounts held by SPX or payable by SPX to the participant.
By participating in the Campaign, participants acknowledge and undertake that:
a. All information provided to SPX is true, accurate, complete, and up-to-date, and participants shall be fully responsible for such information;
b. They have read, fully understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A. General
1. The following terms and conditions govern your participation in the Campaign.
2. By participating in this Campaign, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any rules and regulations relating to the Campaign (“Campaign Terms”), in addition to SPX Terms of Use, SPX Privacy Policy and all applicable terms and conditions available on SPX website and/or app (collectively referred to as “SPX Policies”) that are currently in effect, all of which are incorporated by reference. 3. You agree that SPX may collect, store, process, use and/or transfer your personal data submitted in the course of participating in or in connection with the Campaign (including but not limited to your name, photo, voice, likeness and/or biographical information) for the purposes of conducting and administering the Campaign, for other purposes related to or arising from the Campaign, a advertising, marketing and other purposes for which SPX does not have to pay any additional cost to you, in accordance with the SPX Privacy Policy.
B. Eligibility
4. Any individual or entity participating in this Program in accordance with Clause 4 of these Program Terms and Conditions.
5. SPX shall have sole and absolute discretion in determining whether an individual is qualified to participate in and/or is disqualified from the Campaign. For example, an individual may be disqualified from the Campaign if any fraudulent activities are detected, such as the use of multiple SPX accounts, or any activities that violate SPX’s Policies.
C. Miscellaneous
6. Vouchers which may be awarded to you under the Campaign are not transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or any items.
7. The Voucher issued under this Campaign is non-cashable, non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for cash or any other rewards, nor reissued for any reason. The Voucher shall be valid only for, and granted exclusively to, the eligible Participant who directly participates in the Campaign in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.Such Voucher and its usage shall only be valid on SPX’s website and/or application and/or on partner platforms expressly authorized by SPX from time to time, and must strictly comply with all applicable policies in effect on SPX’s website and/or application at the relevant time.SPX strictly prohibits any acts involving the trading, transfer, or monetization of the Voucher.
8. NO provisions hereunder or following any SPX Policies shall be understood or interpreted (directly or indirectly, clearly or impliedly) that Vouchers is an alternative payment method on the Website and/or App of SPX.
9. By participating in the Campaign, you agree at all times to:
a. comply with all applicable laws and regulations when participating in the Campaign;
b. comply with the SPX Policies; and
c. not participate in the Campaign in any manner which may adversely affect other individuals or the goodwill or reputation of SPX.
10. The Campaign and the Website and/or App of SPX are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and subject to the availability and functionality of SPX’s services. SPX does not make any representation, warranty and/or undertaking on the performance and capability of the Website and/or App of SPX; any software or hardware used to access and participate in the Campaign, including an individual’s access and use of the Website and/or App of SPX; and the reliability or quality of the underlying telecommunications network accessed and used by an individual during the Campaign Period to participate in the Campaign.
11. If for any reason any aspect of the Campaign is not capable of running as planned, due to reasons such as communications network failure, bugs, tampering, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of SPX, SPX may cancel, terminate, modify and/or suspend the Campaign and nullify any results.
12. SPX reserves the right to make final decisions and resolve disputes regarding the Campaign. In this regard, SPX may, at any time, whether before, during, or after the end of the Campaign, disqualify an individual from participating in the Campaign (as further outlined in Section [B] of the Campaign Terms), to cancel an order of [a Qualifying Item], to forfeit any Vouchers and/or to take any other action pursuant to the SPX Policies. If SPX determines (at its sole and absolute discretion) that an individual has engaged in any suspicious, fraudulent, illegal acts, abuse the Campaign or otherwise breached these Campaign Terms and Conditions and/or any of the SPX Policies (including by opening more than one SPX account as the case maybe).
13. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, SPX will not be liable for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind whatsoever arising out of or in connection with this Campaign or the receipt of any Vouchers, including but not limited to any losses; direct, indirect, incidental punitive and consequential damages; fines; regulatory actions; claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, right of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in false light.
14. You are solely responsible and liable for any content used in this Campaign, including but not limited to your responsibility and commitment to the legality of intellectual property rights and the accuracy of the content used during the implementation of the Campaign. You agree to release and indemnify SPX from and in respect of any liability in the event of any dispute arising before, during or after the Campaign.
15. SPX reserves the right to vary these Campaign Terms without notice, or withdraw or discontinue the Campaign at any time without any notice or liability to any party. You agree that it is your sole responsibility to proactively access, review and remain informed of all modifications, amendments and additions related to these Campaign Terms. Your continued participation in the Campaign after any amendments, modifications and/or additions shall be deemed as your confirmation and acceptance of such amendments, modifications and/or additions and all such amendments, modifications and/or additions shall be valid and applicable to you.
16. Unless otherwise provided in writing by SPX, you shall be responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, government fees and other charges arising due to your participation in the Campaign.
17. SPX shall not be liable to fulfil any obligations under these Campaign Terms due to circumstances or events occurring beyond SPX’s control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic or epidemic, governmental actions or restrictions, internet or telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, server outages, third-party platform disruptions, labour disputes or acts of war or terrorism.
18. In the event of any inconsistency between these Campaign Terms and any marketing or Campaign materials, these Campaign Terms shall prevail, unless otherwise provided in writing by SPX.
19. Any and all rights of interpretation and explanation of these Campaign Terms are exclusively reserved by SPX. SPX acknowledges that SPX, and no third party, shall be responsible for addressing and/or resolving any claims that the Participant or any third party may have in relation to the Campaign.
20.Any reference to a time of day is a reference to Vietnam time unless otherwise stated.
