TERMS & CONDITIONS – TWO-WAY SHIPPING FEE INCENTIVE FOR FAILED DELIVERY ORDERS FOR SPX CUSTOMERS IN 2026

• Maintain a valid SPX account; and
• Are validly enrolled in the Advanced NSS Package.

5. How to participate

• Step 1: The Participant validly enrolls in the Advanced NSS Package and logs in to their SPX account
• Step 2: Create orders during the Program period.

7. Details of campaign

• “Eligible failed delivery orders” refer to orders using the Enhanced NSS Package rate card and updated with the status “Return Successfully Delivered” (excluding lost orders and failed return orders) on website https://spx.vn
• Eligible failed delivery orders entitled to the two-way shipping fee support under this Program will be determined in chronological order from the first day of each participation month.
• “Completed orders” refer to orders with the status “Delivery Successful” or “Return Successfully Delivered” on website https://spx.vn
• On the last day of each month, SPX will consolidate the list of eligible Participants. Rewards will be credited directly to the Participant’s account within 30 days from the end of each participation month.
• SPX will process payments based on the relevant agreements signed between the Participant and SPX.
• The reward value stated above is inclusive of taxes payable by the Customer. Customers are responsible for declaring and fulfilling any tax obligations arising from the rewards received.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A. General

1. These terms and conditions shall govern and apply to your participation in the Program.
2. By participating in the Program, Participants acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, as well as any rules and regulations relating to the Program (“Program Terms”), together with the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and all applicable SPX terms, conditions, and/or policies in force on the SPX website and/or application (“SPX Policies”), all of which are incorporated herein by reference as part of these Program Terms.
3. You agree that SPX may collect, store, process, use, and/or transfer the personal data provided by Participants during or in connection with the Program (including but not limited to your name, image, voice, likeness, and/or biographical information) for the purpose of administering the Program, related activities arising from the Program, advertising, marketing, and other purposes without additional compensation to you. The provisions of this Clause 3 shall be implemented in accordance with applicable laws and SPX’s Privacy Policy.

B. Eligibility

1. SPX reserves the sole right to determine whether any individual/entity is eligible to participate in and/or be disqualified from the Program. For example, an individual may be disqualified if SPX detects fraudulent activities, including but not limited to the use of multiple SPX accounts or any conduct violating SPX Policies.

C. Miscellaneous

1. SPX Points and/or Vouchers which may be awarded to you under the Campaign are not transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or any items. SPX hereby strictly prohibits any actions in relation the trade of, transfer or make profit from SPX Points and/or Voucher.
2. NO provisions hereunder or following any SPX Policies shall be understood or interpreted (directly or indirectly, clearly or impliedly) that SPX Points and/or Vouchers is an alternative payment method on Website and/or App of SPX.
3. By participating in the Campaign, you agree at all times to: (a) comply with all applicable laws and regulations when participating in the Campaign; (b) comply with the SPX Policies; and (c) not participate in the Campaign in any manner which may adversely affect other individuals or the goodwill or reputation of SPX.
4. The Campaign and the Website and/or App of SPX are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and subject to the availability and functionality of SPX’s services. SPX does not make any representation, warranty and/or undertaking on the performance and capability of the Website and/or App of SPX; any software or hardware used to access and participate in the Campaign.
5. If for any reason any aspect of the Campaign is not capable of running as planned, due to reasons such as communications network failure, bugs, tampering, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of SPX, SPX may cancel, terminate, modify and/or suspend the Campaign and nullify any results.
6. SPX reserves the right to make final decisions and resolve disputes regarding the Campaign.
7. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, SPX will not be liable for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind whatsoever arising out of or in connection with this Campaign or the receipt of any SPX Points and/or Vouchers.
8. SPX reserves the right to vary these Campaign Terms without notice, or withdraw or discontinue the Campaign at any time without any notice or liability to any party. You agree that it is your sole responsibility to proactively access, review and remain informed of all modifications, amendments and additions related to these Campaign Terms. Your continued participation in the Campaign after any amendments, modifications and/or additions shall be deemed as your confirmation and acceptance of such amendments, modifications and/or additions and all such amendments, modifications and/or additions shall be valid and applicable to you.
9. Unless otherwise provided in writing by SPX, you shall be responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, government fees and other charges arising due to your participation in the Campaign.
10. You are responsible for declaring and paying any tax obligations arising in connection with the value of the gift you receive. In cases where tax laws require SPX to declare and/or withhold taxes on your behalf, SPX shall comply with such regulations and notify you prior to payment. In the absence of such notification, the responsibility for tax declaration and payment shall be deemed to rest with you.
11. You are obligated to provide information required for SPX’s tax declaration purposes (if any), including your tax identification number and citizen identification number.
12. Any and all rights of interpretation and explanation of these Campaign Terms are exclusively reserved by SPX.
